01. Licensed Usage

We grant you a non-exclusive, global license to use our local-first engine for personal and commercial output.

Permitted

Commercial projects, automation, and API-lite testing.

Prohibited

DDoS attempts, scraping core logic, or unauthorized reselling.

Liability Notice

Toolkts provides tools "as-is." We are not liable for any data loss, mathematical errors, or cosmic rays affecting your output.

Intellectual Property

Our source code is proprietary; your output is 100% yours.

Service Availability

99.9% uptime target, but local tools work offline.

Termination

We reserve the right to block IPs engaged in malicious activity.

Governing Law

Subject to international digital standards and local statutes.
